GEAR UP, FLEX ON: MEET THE FROSTFLEX™ SYSTEM FROM REFRIGIWEAR®
Flexible, combinable layers for cold weather.
If you're the type to laugh in the face of cold (or at least glare at it while getting the job done), the new FrostFlex™ System from RefrigiWear® has your back. Designed for those who don’t have the luxury of cozy offices, this system is built to adapt to whatever freezing conditions you and your crew face. Whether you're braving sub-zero freezers or working on the dock in chillier temps, FrostFlex™ ensures you’re suited up, comfortable and ready to roll.
One System of Insulated Workwear to Rule Them All
The FrostFlex™ System isn’t your run-of-the-mill workwear. This bad boy was created from feedback straight from the folks who use RefrigiWear insulated workwear every day, year-round, working in cold storage freezers with temps well below zero. You asked for flexibility, functionality and a consistent look that spans multiple temperature zones—and here it is.
With six different pieces (three jackets, two pants, and a pair of bib overalls), this system of layers for cold weather keeps you warm whether you're dealing with a mild temps or serious cold as low as -60°F.
Here’s the kicker—you can wear each piece solo or layer them up for when things get really frosty, zipping two components together for extra warmth. It puts you in control, giving you thermal armor you can customize to the conditions you're in.
The Three Jacket System of Insulated Workwear: Layer Up, Stay Warm
The FrostFlex™ jackets are made to work together as a team, each one playing a crucial role depending on how much warmth you need.
The FrostFlex™ Insulated Jacket is your go-to for 0°F conditions. But if you need extra protection, it’s built to layer up. Zip in the FrostFlex™ Fleece Jacket , and now you're ready to face temperatures down to -40°F.
Need more warmth? No problem—layer the FrostFlex™ Insulated Quilted Jacket underneath the Insulated Jacket, and you’ve got a cold-crushing combo that’ll keep you warm all the way down to -60°F.
The color-coded zippers make it a snap (literally) to layer up. You don’t have to worry about mismatching components—just match the colors and you’re good to go.
Each jacket is designed to be worn on its own when the weather's mild, or zipped together when you need to step up the heat. Whether you need flexible freezer gear or you’re taking on Mother Nature’s worst, FrostFlex™ has you covered.
Pants and Bib Overalls: Double Down on Protective Layers for Cold Weather
The FrostFlex™ pants and bib overalls follow the same logic as the jackets—flexibility and layering for whatever the job demands.
The FrostFlex™ Fleece Pants are your first line of defense, keeping you warm down to 10°F while providing a comfortable, flexible fit.
Need more warmth? Pair them with the FrostFlex™ Insulated Bib Overalls for protection down to -40°F.
For even harsher conditions, swap the fleece pants for the FrostFlex™ Insulated Quilted Pants, which are rated to keep you warm down to -20°F on their own. Layer them with the bib overalls, and you’re ready to take on subzero temps down to -60°F.
Like the jackets, these layers for cold weather are built to be worn either alone or together, depending on the conditions you face.
The bib overalls give you full coverage and are designed with an elastic back and high bib to seal in warmth, while the pants (both fleece and quilted) offer comfort, flexibility, and durability. And don’t worry about wet conditions—the water-repellent finish keeps you dry and ready for anything.
Freezer Gear where Function Meets Flexibility
We get it—you’re not just standing still on the job. The FrostFlex™ System lets you move without restriction, thanks to the smart design of flexible outershells, breathable linings and stretch-blend fabrics. Whether you’re lifting, hauling, or just trying to stay warm, this gear moves with you, not against you.
Oh, and those color-coded zippers? They’re not just for show. They make layering a breeze. Lime zips to lime, orange to orange—making it easy to suit up without having to think twice.
Layers for Cold Weather that Are Tough Where It Counts
RefrigiWear built this system to handle anything you throw at it. The jackets, pants and bib overalls aren’t just warm—they’re tough. Water-repellent finishes, durable materials and HiVis accents mean you stay dry, safe and visible in fast-paced work environments.
Need to adjust for the weather? No problem. The FrostFlex™ Insulated Jacket comes with a stand-up collar, removable hood, and adjustable cuffs to dial in your comfort level.
Each piece in the FrostFlex™ System is designed to keep you comfortable while tackling tough jobs, whether the job calls for top notch freezer gear or insulated workwear for winter’s worst.
Insulated Workwear that’s a United Front Against the Cold
The FrostFlex™ System isn’t just about keeping warm. It’s about looking sharp, too. All six pieces are coordinated so no matter what combination you’re using, you won’t look like you got dressed in the dark.
So, next time the temperature drops, and the wind bites, just remember: the freezing temps doesn’t stand a chance when you’ve got FrostFlex™ layers for cold weather on your side. Gear up and flex on with FrostFlex™ from RefrigiWear.
