STAYING WARM IN THE ARCTIC COLD: THE CHRISTIAN POSADA WAY

Whether he’s kayaking between icebergs or tackling a day’s work at Pituffik Space Base, facing subzero temperatures is not unusual for Christian Posada. The USMC veteran works as a logistics and supply contractor where Arctic winters are brutal.

“I work and live on a Space Force Base in a remote area of North Greenland. Last year, in the winter, temperatures went as low as -37°F and floated around -20°F,” Posada shares.
