RefrigiWear makes tough workwear for tough workers. Our reputation is built on providing top-quality gear and our warranty backs up products purchased from RefrigiWear.com and its authorized sellers.
SUPPORTING SUSTAINABILITY
We support efforts to reduce waste and recycle materials across all RefrigiWear offices, production facilities and distribution centers. We hold ourselves and our suppliers to a Code of Conduct that protects employees and limits environmental impact.

RefrigiWear strives to reduce environmental impact by using energy efficient LED lighting across our facilities and recycling over 1,200 tons of corrugated cardboard. We also incorporate recycled or sustainably sourced materials, such as Polartec® fleece, into many of our products.
Reducing Waste with Repairs
RefrigiWear believes in reducing waste by making our gear perform better and last longer.
For our corporate customers, we'll make repairs to wear-and-tear or accidental damage to extend the useful life of a product.
Additionally, instead of sending 'factory seconds' with minor cosmetic defects to a landfill, we offer these fully functional products for sale at drastically reduced prices during our annual closeout sale or donate them to charitable organizations.

All regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible for paid time off to volunteer with a charitable organization of their choice.
Financial Support
RefrigiWear provides financial contributions to organizations that assist survivors of domestic violence, serve vulnerable populations such as children and the elderly, offer educational opportunities to underserved students, and create vocational opportunities for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Additionally, as our beloved mascot is a St. Bernard named Reggie, we hold a special place in our hearts for dogs and pet rescue organizations.
