RETURN POLICY
Thanks for shopping RefrigiWear! We hope your new gear is exactly what you need, but if you're not satisfied, we accept returns subject to the conditions below.
STEP 1: Enter your email address and the order number shown on your order confirmation email.
STEP 2: Select the item(s) and the reason for the return.
STEP 3: Select whether you want a refund or Instant Store Credit. If you select Instant Store Credit, you must return your merchandise within 7 days.
STEP 4: Attach the shipping label and drop off your return with the selected carrier. For faster processing, ask the attendant for a return shipping receipt.
RETURN POLICY CONDITIONS
Returned items must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached. Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable. Some returns are subject to a restocking fee.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Please not that we only accept returns of consumer orders placed on RefrigiWear.com within 60 days. To return RefrigiWear merchandise purchased from Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Target, Macy's or other distributors, please refer to that retailer's return process. Orders placed on Pro.RefrigiWear.com are subject to the B2B Return Policy.
Returns from Alaska and Hawaii, and from locations outside of the U.S., cannot be processed online. Please contact RefrigiWear Customer Service at 800-645-3744 for more information.
RETURNS FOR REFUND
If you choose to return for a refund, the refund will be credited to the method of payment used on the original purchase, less a $6 restocking fee. Original shipping costs, if any, are not refundable. Refunds are issued when you drop the item off for return shipping and the return label is scanned by the shipping carrier. We'll issue the refund when we receive notice from the carrier that the return is on its way. Depending on your bank's processing practices, the refund may take an additional 7 to 10 days to appear on your account. For faster processing of your refund, we suggest dropping your return at a FedEx or USPS service counter where an attendant can scan the package and provide you with a return shipping receipt.
RETURNS FOR INSTANT STORE CREDIT
Certain returns are eligible for Instant Store Credit, and the restocking fee is waived. Merchandise returned for Instant Store Credit must be returned within 7 days. RefrigiWear reserves the right to revoke Instant Store Credit, charge the card on file, bill the customer, or use any means necessary to collect funds for items not properly returned in acceptable condition or not returned in a timely manner.
Instant Store Credit is redeemable on consumer orders placed on RefrigiWear.com. Not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Not redeemable for payment on business accounts or accounts with open terms. Once requested, Instant Store Credit is final and cannot be refunded to the original payment method. Requesting Instant Store Credit at the time the return is initiated constitutes acceptance of these terms.
If you request Instant Store Credit, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item(s) and how to redeem Instant Store Credit on your next purchase at RefrigiWear.com. Please note that Instant Store Credit requires a consumer web account. If you do not have an account, we will automatically create one and you will receive an email to set your password before accessing or redeeming your Instant Store Credit.
WARRANTY RETURNS
