RETURN POLICY

Thanks for shopping RefrigiWear!  We’ve been helping customers like you outwork extreme conditions since 1954 and we’re proud of the work you do in our cold weather gear.  We hope your new gear is exactly what you needed, but if you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached for a refund within 60 days of purchase.

Please note that we only accept returns from orders placed on RefrigiWear.com.* All refunds will be credited in the method of payment you used on the original purchase, less a $6 restocking fee.** Original shipping costs, if any, are not refundable.

When the return is accepted, we will issue a refund to your original payment method on the day the returned item is received. Depending on your bank’s processing practices, you may not see the refund on your account for 3 to 5 business days.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your product is defective, damaged or different than what you ordered, we’ll make it right. Instead of starting your return online, please call RefrigiWear Customer Service at 800-645-3744.

STEP 1

Please click on the orange “Start Return” button below to initiate your return. You will be prompted to enter your email address and order number to begin your return process. 

STEP 2

 Select the item(s) and the reason for the return,
then select the Return with Refund option.

STEP 3

Print the shipping label and affix it to your return package, then follow the shipping instructions provided during the online return process. 


* For returns from Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Target, or other marketplace, please refer to the appropriate marketplace and follow its returns process.

** Returns from Alaska and Hawaii, or returns from locations outside the U.S.,
