SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a link to your tracking information.
You can always check your order status and tracking information online by clicking “Order Lookup” at the top of the page and logging in to your RefrigiWear.com account.
Consumer orders placed on RefrigiWear.com are delivered via FedEx Ground. Expedited FedEx shipping is also available. For more details, please visit the Shipping Information page.
Currently, RefrigiWear.com only serves consumers in the United States. If you need international shipping, please contact Customer Service to inquire about setting up RefrigiWear Business Account.
RETURNS
Not happy with your RefrigiWear.com purchase? Please visit the Returns page for to view our Return Policy and start your return.
Find your RefrigiWear.com web order number on your order confirmation email, then repack your order and visit the Returns page to request a return shipping label.
If you choose to return for a refund, the refund will be credited to the method of payment used on the original purchase, less a restocking fee. Original shipping costs, if any, are not refundable. Refunds are issued when you drop the item off for return shipping and the return label is scanned by the shipping carrier.
For faster processing of your refund, we suggest dropping your return at a FedEx or USPS service counter where an attendant can scan the package to let us know it's on the way. We’ll issue the refund when we receive notice from the carrier that the return is on its way. Depending on your bank’s processing practices, the refund may take an additional 7 to 10 days to appear on your account.
No, but most orders are eligible to return for Store Credit, so you can quickly place an order for the item you prefer and then ship back the item you no longer want. Click here to start your return and remember to select the “Apply store credit to my account” option. Please note that Instant Store Credit requires registration for a consumer web account.
No. We only accept returns from orders placed on RefrigiWear.com. If you ordered from an authorized retailer, such as Amazon.com, you must return your order to that retailer, subject to that retailer’s return policy.
ORDERS
We want you to get your gear as quickly as possible. Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel the order. If you have questions about your order, please contact us .
Make sure you have selected the Color, Size, Fit and Quantity you need. Then you can successfully add the item(s) to your cart. Out of stock items, sizes or colors cannot be added to your cart.
Once you’ve added your desired items to your cart, proceed to checkout and enter your code in the “Coupon/Gift Certificate” field then click “Apply.”
No. Only one coupon code will be accepted per order.
Coupon codes and promotional discounts for consumer orders on RefrigiWear.com are specific to certain dates and may be limited to certain products. Please check that your code has not expired and that the code applies to the item you are purchasing. For example, a coupon code for jackets may not be used to get a discount on gloves.
RefrigiWear business account customers may not apply consumer coupon codes to their orders on Pro.RefrigiWear.com because business accounts already receive discounted pricing and other business account benefits.

SIZE GUIDE
Check out the RefrigiWear Size Chart or refer to the Size Chart tab on each product page. RefrigiWear gear is made to be worn with layers, so be sure to measure over the base layers, pants or sweatshirt you intend to wear with your gear to get the best fit.
USE & CARE

MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT
If you have forgotten your password click on the "Sign In" link at the top right of the home page and then click on “Forgot Password”. Enter your email address that is associated with your account and click “Reset Password”. You will get an email with instructions to reset your password.
If you just wish to change your password, login with your existing credentials then hover over your user name (top right of the screen) and click on the My Account pop-up. Click on Edit when you reach the “My Account” page.
BUSINESS ACCOUNTS
To sign up for a RefrigiWear Business Account, please visit Pro.RefrigiWear.com, click “Request a Business Account” and follow the on-screen prompts.
For existing RefrigiWear Customers that need a new location or login, we will verify your affiliation with the existing account and provide you a username and password for shopping on Pro.RefrigiWear.com within one business day. You will be assigned the existing terms of your parent company.
For new RefrigiWear customers, we will set up your account information and provide you a username and password for shopping on Pro.RefrigiWear.com within one business day. Your initial terms will be Credit Card only. Should you wish to apply for Net terms you will need to contact Customer Service at 800-645-3744 after your account is set up.
