RETURN POLICY

Thanks for shopping RefrigiWear! We’ve been helping customers like you outwork extreme conditions since 1954 and we’re proud of the work you do in our cold weather gear.

We hope your new gear is exactly what you need, but if you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached for a refund within 60 days of purchase.

Please note that we only accept returns from orders placed on RefrigiWear.com.*

Returns from Alaska and Hawaii cannot be processed online**. Please call 800-645-3744 for assistance.

You may choose to return your items for a refund or request Instant Store Credit.

Return for Refund

If you choose to return for a refund, the refund will be credited to the method of payment used on the original purchase, less a $6 restocking fee. Original shipping costs, if any, are not refundable.

Refunds are issued when you drop the item off for return shipping and the return label is scanned by the shipping carrier.

For faster processing of your refund, we suggest dropping your return at a FedEx or USPS service counter where an attendant can scan the package to let us know its on the way.

We’ll issue the refund when we receive notice from the carrier that the return is on its way. Depending on your bank’s processing practices, the refund may take an additional 7 to 10 days to appear on your account.

Return for Instant Store Credit

Certain orders are eligible to return for Instant Store Credit. If you choose to return for Instant Store Credit, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item(s) and how to use Instant Store Credit on your next purchase at RefrigiWear.com.

The restocking fee is waived for returns requesting Instant Store Credit.

Please note that Instant Store Credit requires registration for a consumer web account.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your product is defective, damaged or different than what you ordered, we’ll make it right.

STEP 1

Click here to start a return. Then enter your email address and the order number shown on the order confirmation email.

STEP 2

Select the item(s) and the reason for the return, then select the Return with Refund option or the Return for Instant Store Credit option.

STEP 3

Print the shipping label and affix it to your return package, then follow the shipping instructions provided. If you selected Instant Store Credit, you will receive a separate email message with instructions on how to use your credit on your next purchase at RefrgiWear.com.


* For returns from Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Target, or other marketplace, please refer to the appropriate marketplace and follow its returns process.

** Returns from Alaska and Hawaii, or returns from locations outside the U.S., require a higher restocking fee. Please contact RefrigiWear Customer Service at 800-645-3744 for more information.

RefrigiWear reserves the right to charge the card on file, bill the customer, or use any means necessary to collect funds for items not properly returned in acceptable condition or not returned in a timely manner.
