National Warehouseman of the Year Winners are chosen based on how well they exemplify five qualities: Leadership, Productivity, Resourcefulness, Attitude, and Length of Service. Winners are chosen by a panel of industry experts at RefrigiWear.

Does it cost anything?
There is absolutely NO charge for participating in the Warehouseman of the Year program.

Are winners chosen from RefrigiWear's biggest customers?
The Warehouseman of the Year winners are chosen EXCLUSIVELY based on their own merits. How much a company spends on RefrigiWear products is not a factor in choosing winners.

Does my company need to buy RefrigiWear products in September to participate?
No September purchase is necessary for participation in the awards program.
