Need your username and password?

You can view products and their descriptions on RefrigiWear's website without a login. However, to see pricing or to order you must login first. UserName and Passwords are assigned to customers who have accounts set up. If you would like to receive a login, complete a login request at www.RefrigiWear.com/LoginRequest.

How to make an online purchase?

  1. To view pricing and to purchase products, you must first be logged in. You can receive your username and password by contacting Customer Service at 800-645-3744 or via e-mail at KeepMeWarm@RefrigiWear.com.
  2. Enter your UserName (this is your RefrigiWear account #). Your username cannot be changed and is not case sensitive.
  3. Enter your Password. This can be changed and is case sensitive. If you change your password and forget it, RefrigiWear will have to reset your password.
  4. Go to the Products page and select the product line you would like to purchase or go directly to the section you need (i.e. Iron Tuff or Boots).
  5. When you choose the individual product you would like to purchase, enter the numeric quantity you would like to order by size. If you need to order multiple sizes, enter quantity next to the appropriate sizes and then click "Add Selections" at the bottom of the page. Click "Continue Shopping" if you would prefer to abandon the item.
  6. If you choose "Add Selections", your item will be put into your shopping cart and you can choose "Continue Shopping" or "Secure Checkout". If you have a Coupon or Discount Code, you also may enter it into the "Pricing Category" Field on this page.
  7. During the Secure Checkout, you can amend your order by changing the quantity and then click on the "Update" button. Contact, billing and shipping information will load automatically. If you need to make changes for just this order, you can do so on this page. If changes will be permanent, it is suggested that you change your information on the "My Account" page (see link at the top of this page). If you need to enter a PO#, this is the page. You will need to choose what method of shipping you would like (although you will be invoiced for this later).
  8. After clicking Submit at the bottom of the page, you will have one last opportunity to review your order and the billing/shipping information. You will now be on the last page of the transaction. You must select your method of payment. If you are purchasing on an account, choose "RefrigiWear Account Number" in the Method of Payment box. If paying by credit card, please enter the Expiration Date and Security Code for that card. Click on Submit at the bottom of the page.
  9. This will take you into the final "Thank You" page where it is verified that your purchase has been submitted to Customer Service.
  10. Although the page is secure, the transaction is not live. Your credit card will not be processed until Customer Service places your order. If you realize that you put in an order erroneously or would like to make a change, please call Customer Service at 800-645-3744 and we will be more than happy to make modifications.
